We’re excited to share our latest project- a home from 1910 with amazing potential. The house, located in the Oak Hill neighborhood of Pawtucket, RI, has had its finer details covered up for the last fifty years. Original plaster coves and medallions, beautiful millwork, and a fireplace have all been hidden (and preserved) behind a drop tile ceiling and brick veneer. Together with its owner, Ore Studios is helping this house return to its former beauty while simultaneously updating its outdated mechanical systems. With some preliminary cosmetic work out of the way, Glenwood Avenue is currently in design.
