Above, the Line Armchair
With high-gloss finishes becoming increasingly popular, contemporary lacquer pieces are starting to appear in the marketplace. We’re particularly impressed with the introduction of Moste, a collaboration between Michael Bargo and Billy Cotton. Comprised of about a dozen pieces, this new furniture collection offers strong, sculptural tables, chairs and accessories in a variety of neutral lacquer finishes. While they’re a bit severe on their own, we think these designs would look really beautiful mixed with contrasting furnishings. Moste is available at Bergdorf Goodman.
