The client for this project has a highly developed sense of style, and this point of view was translated to her family’s beautiful home overlooking Portland, Oregon. Pale paint colors and white slipcovered upholstery allow special details to take center stage: impressive custom millwork, an extensive collection of vintage textiles used as pillows and lampshades, and red antique carpets throughout. The resulting rooms rise to the level of the architecture while remaining casual and fresh.
